If producing high-strength concrete is a new endeavor, it may be best to
look into a statistically-based program to determine the best mixture
proportions. Such a program can reduce the number of trial mixtures
required and may save time and expense. See the paper below for additional
information.
Any laboratory work on high-strength mixtures must be verified by
appropriate full-scale field testing well before the project begins.
